SHIPPING POLICY

At Cream N’ Soda, we strive to ensure your order is processed swiftly for your satisfaction.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within one working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping Days: Please note, we do not dispatch orders on Sundays or holidays.
• Possible Delays: In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times. Rest assured, if there’s a significant delay, we’ll reach out to you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We deliver our items via Royal Mail. You have the following options:

• Standard Delivery (up to 5 working days) – £4.95
• FREE UK Standard Delivery for orders exceeding £60

ORDER TRACKING & CONFIRMATION

Once your Cream N’ Soda order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details to monitor the progress of your package.

RETURNS

At Cream N’ Soda, we want you to love your purchase. Here are our return guidelines:

• Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Trying on the item does not affect its eligibility for return (unless stained with makeup or deodorant).
• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items), and shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified period.

EXCHANGES

We accommodate exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a item for a different size, please contact us at sales@creamnsoda.store.
